dated Revenue Fund towards the Services of the Year 1926-1927, and out of the Public- Works Fund, and out of the General Loan Account for Services to be hereafter provided for by Loan. [Assented to, 5th October, 1926.]

T y^H E R E A S we Your Majesty’s most dutiful and George V,

loyal subjects, the Members of tbe Legislative Assembly of New South M’ales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Seven millions and eighty thousand and sixty pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Four millions seven hundred and eighty-five thousand pounds, being tbe sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November or following months of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one tliousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Out of the Public M^orks Fund, the sum of Seventy-one thousand five hundred and sixty pounds for the Services set forth in Schedule A hereto annexed.

Out of the General Loan Account, the sum of Two millions two hundred and twenty-three thousand five hundred pounds for the Services set forth in Schedule B hereto annexed:

And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds and tlie General Loan Account the sum so granted to His Majesty : Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sums proportions as the Governor, by Warrants or Orders in writing under his hand, and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct. And the payments so to he made shall he charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated Bevenue Fund and the Public Works Fund and the General Loan Account respectively.

5 . The Treasurer sliall in his accounts from time to him in pursuance of such Warrants or Orders. And the receipts of the respective persons to whom the same shall he so paid shall be full and valid discharges to the said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be thei’cin mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly.
