And wlu'reas we desire to make good out of the said Funds and the General Loan Account the sum so granted to His llajesty : Be it tlierefore enacted by the King’s Most Exc('llent Tfajesty, by and Avith the advice and consent of tlie Legislative Council and Legislativi; Assembly of IS’ew Soutli Wales in Parliament assembled, and by tlu' authority of the same, as follows:—

3 . Notwithstanding' the provisions of the Audit Act, George V,

1902, there shall and may he issued out of the General

Loan Account and applied for or towards making good £400,500

4. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sums Treasurer to

5. Tlie Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Tie.ismur to

time he allowed credit for all sums of montw paid by

him in pursuance of sucli TVarrants or Orders. And tu riiscUari;e

the I’cccipts of the respective persons to whom the same

shall he so paid shall be full and valid discharges to

the said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such

sums as shall he therein mentioned, and he shall receive

credit for the same accordingly.

6 . This Act may he cited as the “ Supply Act, 1922.”
