And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds and the Oeneral Loan Account the sum so granted to Ilis iMajesty: Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent iMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Kew Soutli "Wales in Parliament assem- bh'd, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;—
