An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Year ending the Thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows:	B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as
be issued and applied, from time to time, for the service of the of S400,OOO. 1, Out of the General Revenue of South Australia there shall Issuetmdapplioation
year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten, any sums of money not exceeding i n the whole the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pounds.

except so far as such rates are affected by the " Civil Service Act, Exception-
