An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Year ending the Thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

2. No payments for any establishment or service shall be madePayruente not to
out of thk said sum in -excess of the rates voted for similar
establishments or services on the Estimates for the vear ended
the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred'and seven,
except so far as such rates are affected by the " Civil Service Act,
I n the name and on behalf of His Majesty, I hereby assent to
this Bill.
