An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Three Months ending the Thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows:

B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

1. Out of the General Revenue of South Australia there shall $;;

be issued and applied, from time to time, for the service of the

three montha ending the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five, any sums of money not exceeding i l l the whole the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pounds.

2. No payments for any establishment or service shall be 111ade Paymanta notto

exceed last yw'a

out of the said sum in excess of the rates voted for similar atimatee,

establishments or services on the Estimates for the year ended

the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and four,

except so far as such rates are affected by the " Civil Service Act, h p t i q ~ n -

1874," or by departmental regulations.
