the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1.

Out of

be issued and applied, from time to time, for the service of the three months ending the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, any sums of money not exceeding

2. No payments for any establishment or service shall be made Payments not to
