An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of

Four Hundred Thousand Pounds to the Service

of the Year ending the Thirtieth day of June,

one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

ninety-two, except so far as such rates are modified by the " Civil

Service Act, 1874."
