An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of

Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Three Months ending the

thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight

hundred and eighty-seven.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Aus- Preamble.

B tralia, with the advicc and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of	the said province, in this present Parlia-
ment assembled, as follows:

1, Out of the General Revenue of the said province there shall 19 S ue and applieatim of 6360,000,

be issued and applied, from time to time, for the service of the three months ending the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and 6ighty-seven, any sums of- money not exceeding

in the whole the sum of Three Hundrcd and Sixty Thousand

Pounds.

2, No payments for any establishment or service shall be made Payments not to exceed l& year'a

out of the said sum in excess of the rates voted for similar B,timateBB

establishments or services on the Estimates for the year ended

the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-

seven.

3. All salaries on the said Estimates exceeding Two Hundred s h r i e ~ OX-

every One Hundred Pounds over the said sum of Two Hundred

Pounds and not exceeding the sum of Three Hundred Pounds, at the rate of Fift~en Pounds for every One Hundred Pounds over Three Hundred Pounds and not exceeding Five Hundred Pounds, and at the rate of Twenty Pounds for every One Hundred Pounds over Five Hundred Pounds.
