montlls ending the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, any sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Pounds: Pro- vided that no payments for any establishment or service be made in excess of the rates voted for similar establishments or services on the Estimates for the year ended the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six: Provided also that all salaries exceeding Two Hundred Pounds per annum shall be ra- tably rcdncerl as follows :-Every such salary shall be reduced at the rate of 'I'm Pounds for cvcry One Hundred Pounds over the said slml of Two IIundrcd Pounds and not |
