and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present

Parliament assembled, as follows:

be issued and applied, from time 10 time, for thc service of the three months ending the thirtieth day of Septcmbcr, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, any sums of money, not exceeding in the whole the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pounds: Yrovidcd that no payments for any establishment or service be made in excess of the rates voted for similar establishments or services on the Estimates for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, exccpt so far as such rates are modificd
