E it Enacted, by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South p~a,mbh

B Australia, with the advice and consent of the Idcgislative

Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present

Parliament assembled, as follows:

be issued and applied, from time to time, for the service of the year of $150,000.

I. Out of the General Revenue of the said Province there shall h u e and applicatiou

ending the thirty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred

and sixty-six, any sums of money, not exceeding in the whole One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds, to such services as shall then

have been voted by the House of Assembly aforesaid.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent to

this Act.
