THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA.

SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (WORKS AND BUILDINGS) 1927-30.

No. 50 of 1931.

An Act to appropriate further sums out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of each of the following years, namely, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, for the purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1927–30.

Appropriation of £6,115 for 1927–28.

2.The sum of six thousand one hundred and fifteen pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand

nine hundred and twenty-eight, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 26 of 1927 for the purposes and services expressed in the First Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £32,149 for 1928–29.

3.The sum of thirty-two thousand one hundred and forty-nine pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 30 of 1928 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule to this Act.

Appropriation of £25,470 for 1929–30.

4.The sum of twenty-five thousand four hundred and seventy pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the Thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 35 of 1929 for the purposes and services expressed in the Third Schedule to this Act.
