Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Superannuation (Unclaimed Money and Lost Members) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Superannuation (Unclaimed Money and Lost Members) Regulations 1999
Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (Unclaimed Money and Lost Members) Regulations 1999.

insert
4BATemporary residents — prescribed visas (payment by Commissioner to single fund)
For subparagraph 20H (2) (b) (iii) of the Act, the following visas, as described in Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994, are prescribed:
(a)Subclass 405 (Investor Retirement) visas;
(b)Subclass 410 (Retirement) visas.
