2 Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment (No. 2) No. 316, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation(StatePublicSector) Regulation 1991 . ’. ˙ Insertion of new s.3A 4. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘Declared units of the State Public Sector ‘3A. Each of the following persons is a unit of the State Public Sector— (a) Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre Limited; (b) the State (so far as it relates to the engagement of Magistrates). ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Compulsory Membership) 5. Schedule 1— insert—
