This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Order 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Regulation 1991 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Compulsory Membership) 4. Schedule 1 (at the end)— insert— ‘ 14. South Bank Corporation A person employed under an individual contract of employment entered into on or after 2 July 1993. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Discretionary Membership) 5. Schedule 2 (at the end)— insert— ‘ 16. South Bank Corporation A person other than a person mentioned in item 14 of Schedule 1. ’.
