2 Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment (No. 1) No. 97, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order is taken to have commenced on 8 August 1992. ˙ Amended order 3. The Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Order 1991 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Compulsory Membership) 4. Schedule 1 (after item 12)— insert— ‘ 12A Livestock and Meat Authority A person who— (a) started employment 8 August 1992; and on (b) on 7 August 1992— (i) was employed by the Department of Primary Industries in the Veterinary Public Health Branch; and (ii) was a member of the scheme. ’.
