2 Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment (No. 1) No. 176, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended order in council 3. The Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Order 1991 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Compulsory Membership) 4. Schedule 1 (after item 10)— insert— ‘ 11. South East Queensland Water Board A person who— The standard (a) commences permanent compulsory rate is employment after 30 June 4.33% ’. 1992; or (b) was a member of the South East Queensland Water Board Suncorp Superplan Scheme on 30 June 1992 ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Discretionary Membership) 5. Schedule 2 (after item 13)— insert— ‘ 14. South East Queensland Water Board A person other than a person The standard mentioned in item 11 of compulsory rate is Schedule 1 4.33% ’.
