This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 29 June 1991 at pages 1145 to 1151 is amended as set out in this order in council.

2 Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Amendment Order 1991 Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit ‘ Superannuation (State Public Sector) Act 1990— ’ insert — ‘ Superannuation (State Public Sector) Act 1990 , makes the following order in council— ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Membership) Order 1991 . ‘Commencement ‘2. This order in council commences on 1 July 1991. ‘Definitions ‘3. In this order in council— “the Fund” means the State Service Superannuation Fund preserved, continued in existence and established under the 1972 Act; “the 1972 Act” means the State Service Superannuation Act 1972 . ’. Amendment of provision (1) 4.(1) Provision (1)— omit ‘ (1) declares ’ , insert — ‘Compulsory membership 4. It is declared ’. (2) Provision 1(c)— omit ‘ ; and ’ , insert ‘ . ’ .

Last provision— omit all words from and including ‘ In this order in council— ’ to and including ‘ State Service Superannuation Act 1972 . ’. Amendment of Schedule 1 8. At the end of Schedule 1— insert — ‘ 9. Queensland Investment Corporation Any person, other than a person who is a contributor to the Fund — ’ .
