This order in council may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector—Excepted Persons) Order 1991 . Declaration under s. 3.4(4) of Act 2. It is declared under section 3.4(4) of the Act that a person is excepted from the Act where— (a) the person is employed or engaged by Griffith University on 1 January 1992 as a result of the transfer to the University of the Queensland College of Arts’ function of providing higher education courses in art and design; and (b) the person became a member of the scheme during the period from the beginning of 1 January 1991 until the end of 31 December 1991; and (c) during the period from the beginning of 1 January 1992 until end of 30 April 1992,the person elects, in writing to— (i) the Director, Government Superannuation Office; and

2 Superannuation (State Public Sector—Excepted Persons) Order 1991 (ii) Griffith University; to become a member of the Superannuation Scheme for Australian Universities. ENDNOTES 1.
