This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1996 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3A 3. After section 3— insert — ˙ ‘ Declared eligible scheme ‘ 3A.
