s1 2 s4 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 226, 2001 Regulation (No. 2) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1996. 4 Replacement of s 3A (Declared eligible schemes) Section 3A— omit, insert— ‘3A Declared eligible schemes ‘For section 2A of the Act, the following superannuation schemes are eligible schemes for the Act— Q N Invest Retirement Fund Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund established under the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Act 1970 Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme established under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 .’.
