s1 2 s4 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 197, 2007 Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector) Regulation 2006. 3 Renumbering of s 5 (Declared expressions—Act, s 21(4)) Section 5— renumber as section 6. 4 Insertion of new s 5 After section 4— insert— ‘5 Prescribed number—Act, s 5 ‘For section 5 of the Act, the prescribed number is 6.’.
