s1 2 s4 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 316, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1996. 3 Omission of s 4 (Persons engaged by unit of the State public sector) Section 4— omit . 4 Amendment of s 6 (Retrospective effect of certain declarations) (1) Section 6(4)— omit . (2) Section 6(5) to (7)— renumber as section 6(4) to (6). (3) Section 6— insert— ‘ (7) The declaration of Institute of Modern Art Ltd ACN 009 942 821 as a unit of the State public sector is taken to have commenced on 1 May 2000. ‘ (8) The declaration of Major Brisbane Festivals Pty Ltd ACN 103 063 234 as a unit of the State public sector is taken to have commenced on 20 October 2003. ‘ (9) The declaration of SunWater as a unit of the State public sector is taken to have commenced on 1 October 2000.’.
