s1 2 s3 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 105, 2001 Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1996. 3 Replacement of s 3A (Declared eligible scheme) Section 3A— omit, insert— ‘3A Declared eligible schemes ‘For section 2A of the Act, the following superannuation schemes are eligible schemes for the Act— • Q ♦ Invest Retirement Fund; • Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund established under the ParliamentaryContributorySuperannuationAct1970 .’.
