This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Declared units of the State public sector) 3.(1) Section 3, ‘paragraph (r),’— omit. (2) Section 3— insert— ‘(e) Mt Gravatt Community Options Association Incorporated; (f) Queensland Blind Industrial Centre; (g) Queensland Competition Authority; (h) Queensland Manufacturing Institute Ltd; (i) Toowoomba Community Housing Service Inc..’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Persons engaged by unit of the State public sector) 4. Section 4, ‘section 13(2)’— omit, insert— ‘section 13(3)’. ˙ Insertion of new s 5 5. After section 4— insert—
