This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Compulsory Membership) 3. Schedule 1— insert— ‘19. Mackay Port Authority A person who was a contributor to the Mack ay Po rt A utho r ity Superannuation Fund on 30 June 1994. — ’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (Discretionary Membership) 4.
