Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 28 February 2009. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Act 2007 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 1 March 2009. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 March 2009.
