Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 3) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 3) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Superannuation(StatePublicSector)Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 2009 , section 34. 3 Deed amended This regulation amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990. 4 Replacement of s 391 (Eligibility for membership) Section 391— omit, insert— ‘391 When a person may become a member ‘A person may become a member in relation to particular employment if the person is a member of the scheme and the employer is not a unit of the State public sector.’.
