Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Deed amended This regulation amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990. 3 Amendment of s 340 (Members’ superannuation benefit) Section 340(7), from ‘then—’— omit, insert— ‘then the pension must be suspended, and may not be converted to a lump sum entitlement, until the payment, escalated to the present value of the payment as determined by the actuary, is repaid to the fund in one of the ways decided by the board, on the advice of the actuary, and agreed to by the person.’.
