s1 2 s5 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of No. 225, 2007 Deed Regulation (No. 2) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Deed amended This regulation amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990. 3 Amendment of s 55AA (Benefit on employed member aged at least 70) (1) Section 55AA, heading— omit, insert— ‘55AA Benefit on employed member aged at least 65’. (2) Section 55AA(a), ‘70’— omit, insert— ‘65’. 4 Amendment of s 68 (Definitions for ch 3) Section 68, definition preservation cashing condition , paragraph (b)(iii)— omit, insert— ‘(iii) turns 65 years; or’. 5 Amendment of s 363 (Agreement or court order for member with less than 8 years service at the operative time) Section 363(3), ‘of the State Public Sector Superannuation Fund’— omit .
