This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Deed amended 2. This regulation approves the amendments of the Deed of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme set out in the schedule. ˙ Commencement 3. The amendments are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1996.
