This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Deed amended 2. This regulation approves the amendment of the Deed of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme set out in the Schedule. 1 1 The Deed was initially published in the Gazette on 23 June 1990 at pages 1029–52 and has been reprinted as at 28 July 1994.
