Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Deed amended This regulation amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990. 3 Amendment of s 27H (Contributions paid by the Treasurer—Act, s 29) Section 27H— insert— ‘(2) If a provision of this deed requires a contribution to the fund by the Crown for a payment or benefit payable under this deed, the provision requires the contribution when a person becomes entitled to the payment or benefit regardless of whether the payment or benefit is paid out of the fund.’. 4 Amendment of s 56 (Payments from the fund) (1) Section 56, ‘out of the fund’— omit. (2) Section 56, ‘this deed’— omit, insert— ‘this chapter’. 5 Amendment of s 57 (Crown contributions) (1) Section 57, ‘fund, for payment out of the fund’— omit, insert— ‘fund the amount of’.
