Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Deed amended This regulation amends the S uperannuation (State Public Sector) Deed 1990 . 3 Amendment of s 340 (Members’ superannuation benefit) (1) Section 340(1)(b), from ‘resignation for’ to ‘satisfy’— omit, insert— ‘a resignation matter to be decided by the board after consulting with’. (2) Section 340(9)— insert — ‘ resignation matter see section 32K(8) of the Act.’.
