This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment of Deed Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Deed amended 2. This regulation approves the amendment of the Deed of the State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme set out in the Schedule. 1 1 The Deed was initially published in the Gazette on 23 June 1990 at pages 1029–52 and has been reprinted as at 28 July 1994.

Section 10.2— insert — ‘ (3) If a member is transferred from a unit of the State public sector to another entity because of the transfer of a function of the unit to the entity, the Board may pay to the entity’s superannuation, pension or like scheme or fund an amount representing the member’s entitlement under the scheme as decided by the Board on the advice of the actuary.’.
