Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010 . 3 Insertion of new s 19 Part 5— insert — ‘19 Certain former Queensland Manufactured Water Authority employees not eligible for membership ‘(1) This section applies to an employee of Queensland Manufactured Water Authority who became an employee of Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority on the transfer day under the South East Queensland Water (Restructuring) Regulation 2011 . ‘(2) If the employee was not eligible for membership of the scheme immediately before the transfer day, the employee is taken to be not eligible for membership of the scheme on or after the transfer day. ‘(3) In this section— transfer day see the South East Queensland Water (Restructuring) Regulation 2011 , schedule.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Eligibility for membership) (1) Schedule, entry for Australia Eastern Railroad Pty Ltd ACN 118 274 776— Page 2 2011 SL No. 294

(4) Schedule, entry for CS Energy Ltd ACN 078 848 745— omit, insert— ‘CS Energy Ltd A non-casual employee— C ACN 078 848 (a) who, on 1 July 1997, 745 was an employee of Queensland Generation Corporation and was a member of the scheme; and (b) whose membership has been approved by Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation (Qld) Ltd SDBC CAC BAC An employee— D (a) who was a member of the scheme immediately before starting employment at CS Energy Ltd ACN 078 848 745; and (b) whose membership is approved by the employer SDBC CAC BAC Any employee For BAC— a period of employment starting on or after 1 July 2011’.
