Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010 . 3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3— insert — CHQHHS means Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service. LCCH establishment measure means either of the following— (a) the Queensland Government’s Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital Workforce Establishment Strategy as in force on 20 February 2014; (b) tier 2 of the CHQHHS organisational structure as in force on 9 September 2013. 4 Amendment of s 15 (Excepted persons—Act, s 13(4)) (1) Section 15(3)— omit . (2) Section 15(4), definition prescribed university — omit, insert — prescribed university means either of the following— (a) Queensland University of Technology; (b) James Cook University of North Queensland.
