Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010. 3 Amendment of s 15 (Excepted persons—Act, s 13(4)) Section 15(1)— insert — ‘(i) an employee of QIC Ltd ACN 130 539 123, or QIC Private Capital Pty Ltd ACN 076 279 528, if— (i) the employee has elected not to be a member of the scheme by notice in writing to the employee’s employer; and (ii) the employee has given a copy of the written notice to the board; and (iii) the employee has not revoked the election by notice in writing to the employee’s employer.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Eligibility for membership) (1) Schedule, entry for QIC Ltd ACN 130 539 123— omit , insert — ‘QIC Ltd A non-casual employee D SDBC ACN 130 539 CAC 123 BAC A casual employee D CAC BAC’.
