Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2010. 3 Amendment of schedule (Eligibility for membership) (1) Schedule— insert— ‘Queensland A non-casual employee D SDBC Water whose membership of CAC Infrastructure the scheme has been BAC Pty Ltd ACN approved by the 119 634 427 employer A casual employee whose membership of the scheme has been approved by the employer D CAC BAC Any employee A period of employment starting on or after 28 June 2006’. (2) Schedule, entry for Department of the Premier and Cabinet— omit, insert — ‘Department An employee employed D of the Premier under the Ministerial and Cabinet and Other Office Holder Staff Act 2010 , sections 6, 7 or 8 CAC optional after 3 months from start of employ- ment BAC’.
