Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2000. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3— insert— ‘ Cairns airport transfer day means the day when Cairns Airport Pty Ltd ACN 132 228 221 ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cairns Ports Limited ACN 131 836 014 on the sale of the shares in Cairns Airport Pty Ltd to a purchaser under the AirportAssets(RestructuringandDisposal) Act 2008 . Mackay airport transfer day means the day when Mackay Airport Pty Ltd ACN 132 228 534 ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mackay Ports Limited ACN 131 965 707 on the sale of the shares in Mackay Airport Pty Ltd to a purchaser under the AirportAssets(RestructuringandDisposal) Act 2008 .’. Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2008 [s 4] 4 Amendment of schedule (Eligibility for membership) (1) Schedule— insert — ‘Cairns Airport A non-casual employee— D SDBC Pty Ltd ACN (a) whose employment CAC 132 228 221 started on or before 30 October 2008; and (b) who, immediately before the start of the employment, was employed by Cairns Ports Limited ACN 131 836 014 and was a member of the scheme Any employee A period of employment starting on or after 1 September 2008 Any other non-casual employee who started employment before the Cairns airport transfer day D CAC A casual employee— D BAC (a) whose employment started on or before 30 October 2008; and (b) who, immediately before the start of the employment, was employed by Cairns Ports Limited ACN 131 836 014 and was a member of the scheme Any other casual employee who started employment before the Cairns airport transfer day D BAC 2008 SL No. 444 Page 3
