s1 2 s4 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 26, 2004 Notice (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on the day the SuperannuationLegislationAmendment Act 2003 , section 9 commences. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2000. 4 Amendment of s 10 (Spouse or entitled former spouse) (1) Section 10, heading— omit, insert— ‘10 Spouse, entitled former spouse and other persons ’. (2) Section 10(1)— insert— ‘(c) a person for whom an amount is paid to the fund under the ParliamentaryContributorySuperannuationAct1970 , part 3A. 1 ’. 1 Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Act 1970 , part 3A (Agreements and court orders under Family Law Act)
