s1 2 s4 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment No. 104, 2001 Notice (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 2000. 3 Commencement This notice commences on 1 July 2001. 4 Amendment of schedule (Eligibility for membership) Schedule— insert— ‘ Queensland Ambulance Service A non-casual service officer C who— (a) starts employment on or after1 July 2001; and (b) is not a member of the Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme yes yes — Insurance is compulsory A non-casual service officer D who is a member of the Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme yes yes — Insurance is compulsory A casual service officer who— C — yes yes Insurance is compulsory (a) starts employment on or after 1 July 2001; and (b) is not a member of the Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme A casual service officer who is D — yes yes Insurance is compulsory’. a member of the Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme
