This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Notice 1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 6F (Discretionary membership (deed, s 191(2))) 3. Section 6F(1)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) has made an election under section 35(2) of the 1972 Act or makes an election under section 191(2) of the deed; and’. ˙ Amendment of s 6G (Discretionary membership (deed, s 299(2))) 4.
