AN ACT to amend the Superannuation, Sick, Death, Insurance, Guarantee and Endowment (Local Governing Bodies' Employees) Funds Act, 1947- 1949.

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same. as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Superannuation, Sick, Death, Insurance, Guarantee and Endowment (Local Governing Bodies' Employees) Funds Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with

Section two of the principal Act is amended by adding after the words, "and a Board of Parks and Reserves appointed under the Parks and Re- serves Act, 1895-1947," the words, "and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing pro- visions of this interpretation, such other persons as those whom the Governor, by proclamation, may declare to be corporations for the purposes of the provisions of this Act".
