Superannuation (Salary) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act 1976.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Superannuation (Salary) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2. Regulation 13 (Salary of certain eligible employees on leave of absence without pay)

2.1 Subparagraph 13 (2) (d) (i):

Omit “Australian Telecommunications Corporation”, substitute “Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation”.

3. Regulation 22 (Annual rate of salary of employees remunerated under incentive schemes)

3.1 Subregulation 22 (2):

Omit “officer or employee of the Australian Telecommunications Commission”, substitute “employee of the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation”.

3.2 Paragraph 22 (2) (b):

Omit “officer or”.

3.3 Subregulation 22 (4):

Omit the subregulation.
