Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 June 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Exempt public sector superannuation schemes taken to be regulated superannuation funds)

3.1   Subitems 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4:

Omit the subitems, substitute:

“1.2 Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund

1.3 Police Superannuation Fund (Police Super)

1.4 State Public Sector Superannuation Scheme (Q Super)

1.5 State Service Superannuation Fund (State Super)”.
