I, MATHIAS HUBERT PAUL CORMANN, Minister for Finance, make this Declaration under subparagraph 13(1)(a)(ii) of the Superannuation Act 2005.

  1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSSAP) Membership Eligibility (Inclusion) Amendment Declaration 2015 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment of Superannuation (PSSAP) Membership Eligibility (Inclusion) Declaration 2005

Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (PSSAP) Membership Eligibility (Inclusion) Declaration 2005.

Schedule 1          Amendments

(section 3)

[1]           Section 4, paragraph 4(2)(g)

substitute

(g)     in item [9] of the Schedule, at the end of the earlier of:

(i)      the day on which the person ceases to be an employee of CSC;

(ii)the day immediately before the day on which the person becomes, in relation to the person’s employment with CSC, a member of an alternative superannuation scheme; or

(iii)if CSC ceases to be a Commonwealth entity within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 – the last day on which CSC is a Commonwealth entity; and

[2]           Section 4, paragraph 4(2)(h),

[9]     A person who:

(a)     is an employee of CSC; and

(b)     is not, in relation to the person’s employment with CSC, a member of an alternative superannuation scheme.
