Text Statutory Rules 1997 No. 3241 Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration2 (Amendment) 1. Commencement 1.1 This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 December 1997. 2. Amendment 2.1 The Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration. 3. Schedule (Persons to whom section 6 of the 1990 Act does not apply) 3.1 Paragraph 22 (g): Omit the paragraph. 3.2 After item 22, insert: “22A A person who holds a statutory office under the University of Canberra Act 1989 of the Australian Capital Territory.”.
