This instrument is the Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Amendment Declaration 2019 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 July 2019.

This instrument is made under paragraph 6(2)(c) of the Superannuation Act 1990.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
